BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
By placing an order on our online store, you acknowledge having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info.xxxculture@gmail.com before placing your order with us. Once payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded under English law.

SHIPPING
USB orders are to be shipped out within 1-2 days & High Grade Loud Packs within 3-5 days. For UK orders products are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked. Any orders outside of the UK can take up to 3 weeks. If products are faulty and damaged they can be replaced or refunded (See Refunded Section)

Items within the UK include all import taxes and duties which are included in the final purchase price. However, when shipping outside of the UK, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these will be necessary to release your order and can vary depending on the country so please ensure you check before ordering.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

For our physical products like our High Grade Loud Packs if the product is not up to the customers taste then we can issue a full refund providing the product is returned to us & not damaged. (We do not provide Post & Packaging for returns). 

For our digital products like our USB’s they cannot be returned/refunded due to the nature of the digital exclusives already being received and deemed unreturnable.

If the product was not received or lost in transit, we will have to submit a claim with the courier, we can then issue a refund or send a new product once the claim is complete and refunded to us.

If the customer refuses to pay/accept the import duties and the product is returned to us, for our physical products like our High Grade Loud Packs a full refund will be issued for the product.

For our digital products like our USB’s, a partial refund of £10 will be issued for the physical USB ONLY due to the nature of the digital exclusives already being received and deemed unreturnable.

If the product was received damaged, we will have to submit a claim with the courier, we can then issue a refund or send a new product once the claim is complete and refunded to us.

*** Please note, refunds are for the physical product only, we do not refund postage & packaging.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

ACCURACY OF PRODUCTS & CONTENT
We take pride in delivering the best quality product that is physically available therefore all products are described and delivered to the best of our ability and accuracy. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product received then please email us on, info.xxxculture@gmail.com

JURISDICTION
This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by XXX CULTURE. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of XXX CULTURE. This means that you may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for your own purpose.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you need to make a change to your order please email us with the relevant information, however please note, we can make no guarantees to change orders prior to shipping if the order has already been shipped.
